How it started…

In the summer of 2020, when our founders, were sharing a homemade gyro, crafted from scratch with the authentic flavours of Greece. As they savoured their meal, a question arose...

That conversation sparked an idea that carried on late into the night. With their Greek heritage and years of hands-on experience in the kitchen, Chris and Kiki have spent a lifetime mastering the art of traditional Greek cooking. Their deep-rooted passion for authentic cuisine and hospitality made it clear: they had to share the rich flavours of Greece with others.​

The Fig Bar & Grill was born – a culmination of their culinary journey. It's a place where you can savour the true taste of Greece, from expertly seasoned gyros to vibrant Mediterranean dishes, all crafted with love, tradition, and the freshest ingredients
